In violation of every human rights declarations regarding informed consent, and in violation of every U.S. federal regulation regarding informed consent in clinical trials, as well as federal and state fraud laws, the United States Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) are engaging in coercive deceptive and misleading marketing, putting at risk the most vulnerable of human lives: babies in the womb.
The deceptive messages can be found all over social and major media. Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines are investigational, not licensed by the FDA and only approved under Emergency Use Authorization. Phase 3 clinical trials are still ongoing. Anyone deciding get one of the vaccines must be given full information about risks, including the fact that most risks are not yet known. Safety and effectiveness are not known. And yet the WA State DOH is saturating the media with this messaging (source: https://coronavirus.wa.gov/partner-toolkit/covid-19-vaccines-questions-answers), implying that such authorization means the science has been settled.
Our federal and state public health agencies have for decades engaged in doublespeak, spreading marketing messages of “safety and effectiveness” while behind the scenes discussing, often bemoaning, less visible or intentionally buried inconvenient scientific facts.
On February 10, 2021, the National Institute of Health (NIH) posted this in their Media Advisory.
The manufacturers of currently available vaccines excluded pregnant and lactating people from the clinical trials needed to obtain Emergency Use Authorizations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Now that the vaccines have been distributed, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the FDA will obtain information from those who receive them on their potential impact during pregnancy, as well as information on infant outcomes. While these data will prove useful, pregnant people and their clinicians must make real-time decisions now about the vaccine based on little or no scientific evidence that applies specifically to them.

There are no words to adequately describe how appalling this.
With these ads, the CDC is recruiting pregnant women and women of childbearing years (who are at almost no risk from COVID-19) into taking part in their massive experiment. Please warn everyone you know, including your elected officials. Public Health marketing messaging regarding the investigational EUA COVID-19 vaccines are deceptive and dangerous. Action must be taken. The most fragile and precious lives are at stake.
