Washington Residents Can Now Order Ivermectin from Tennessee
Ivermectin is so highly regarded that two Merck scientists won the Novel Prize in 2015 for developing this drug, it is on the World Health Organization’s list of “essential medicines,” and this past July 23 marked the first anniversary of World Ivermectin Day.
The web site for World Ivermectin Day states,
“Ivermectin stop SARS-CoV-2 from entering the cells: SARS-CoV-2 enters a cell via the spike-shaped protein on its surface. The protein docks in at the cell’s ACE-2 receptors, and then fuses itself to the cell membrane. Ivermectin prevents this from happening by binding to the virus’ spike protein and to enzymes in the cell membrane.” World Ivermectin Day | July 23, 2022
A peer-reviewed study published on January 15, 2022 found the prophylactic use of ivermectin reduced COVID mortality by 90-percent among more than 223,000 study participants in a town in Southern Brazil.
In December 2020, Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) President and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Pierre Kory, a pulmonary and critical care specialist, testified to the benefits of ivermectin before a number of COVID-19 panels, including the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. He said, “Six studies with a total of over 2,400 patients—all showing near-perfect prevention of transmission of this virus in people exposed to COVID-19 . . . Three RCT’s randomized controlled studies and multiple large case series—involving over 3,000 patients showing stunning recovery among hospitalized patients and four large randomized controlled trials involving 3,000 patients all showing large and statistically significant reductions in mortality when treated with ivermectin.” [Source: The Real Anthony Fauci by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Skyhorse Publishing]
Despite the above stated benefits of ivermectin, doctors in Washington are not allowed to prescribe this drug for COVID-19. The Washington Medical Commission went so far as to suspend the medical license of Dr. Scott Miller on October 12, 2021 for promoting and prescribing ivermectin for treating COVID-19 patients.
Tennessee, however, passed SB2188 this year, which authorized over-the-counter availability of ivermectin, with a consultation with the pharmacist. You can find a list of pharmacies selling ivermectin customers in TN under this new law here: https://healthyimmunitynow.org/ivermectin. If you visit the state, you can walk in and purchase a supply!
For WA residents wanting to purchase by mail, the FLCCC has a pharmacy-finder on their website that finds a TN pharmacy that will ship ivermectin without a prescription to any state in the USA. Medicine Counter Pharmacy in Chattanooga has a form on its web site for Washington residents to fill out before making the purchase:
- The form begins with filling in the customer information, including current medications and medical conditions. The form then proceeds with thirteen questions, starting with, “Are you COVID-19 positive?”
- The customer then chooses the correct dosage based in his body weight. The customer may choose to select one or more dosages other than recommended, but the pharmacist will not approve the order if the dosage selected is higher than the body weight range in the provided table.
Ordering ivermectin from a state outside of Washington may not be necessary in the future if the legislature ever passes some legislation that supports the health and health choices of citizens, such as HB2065.
Washington Board of Health Meeting Set for August 10, 2022
The next Washington Board of Health meeting is Wednesday, August 10, 2022. The virtual ZOOM meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:45 a.m. and finish at 2:25 p.m. Public comment is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. Those wishing to comment need to register at the following Board of Health web site:
Meeting Information and Materials | SBOH (wa.gov)
The deadline for written public comments to be read before the meeting is at noon on Friday, August 5, 2022. The e-mail address for written public comments: wsboh@sboh.wa.gov
Comments submitted after the deadline will be read by the board members sometime after the meeting.
At 1:30 p.m., the Board of Health will discuss the emergency rule of notifiable conditions for COVID-19 reporting as addressed in WAC 246-101-017. The speaker will be board member Stephen Kutz, and possible action could be taken. In the past, then board has voted to continue to make COVID-19 a “notifiable condition.”
While school mandates for COVID-19 shots do not appear to be on the agenda for this meeting, we encourage everyone opposed to mandates to submit comment at each and every BOH meeting. Governor Inslee is applying pressure, as explicitly shown in his June 30 Directive making Covid shots and boosters a permanent requirement for Executive and Small Cabinet agencies. He doesn’t have legal authority (outside of abusing emergency powers) to mandate shots for anyone else, and so he wrote:
“I recognize the difficulties of implementing this Directive to maintain the health and reduce the long-term impacts of COVID-19 on our state workforce. I call upon our higher education institutions, boards and commissions, and other separately elected officials to consider similar requirements within their agencies and jurisdictions.”

- From August 26, 2021, to January 17, 2022, cumulative incidence in the mask compulsory school district was almost identical to cumulative incidence in the mask-optional district (WF: 1596/12,254 [13.0%; 95% CI: 12.4, 13.6]); FPS: 1475/11,419 [12.9% 95% CI: 12.3, 13.6%]). [Note: the mask optional district was 0.1% better]
- The lack of significant difference between the districts however persisted post partial crossover, when both districts had masks-optional policies.

- While no cause-effect conclusions could be inferred from this observational analysis, the lack of negative correlations between mask usage and COVID-19 cases and deaths suggest that the widespread use of masks at a time when an effective intervention was most needed, i.e., during the strong 2020-2021 autumn-winter peak, was not able to reduce COVID-19 transmission.
- Moreover, the moderate positive correlation between mask usage and deaths in Western Europe also suggests that the universal use of masks may have had harmful unintended consequences.

- On Feb. 22, 2020 Fauci signed off on responses drafted by a NIAID spokesperson to 12 interview questions from a Greek newspaper. The last question read: “Which are the protective measures anyone should take against the new virus? Do masks work?”
- “The vast majority of people outside of China do not need to wear a mask,” read the Fauci-approved response. “A mask is more appropriate for someone who is infected than for people trying to protect against infection.”
- On March 8, 2020 “60 Minutes” broadcast a now-infamous interview with Fauci in which he insisted: “There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask,” in part because “it could lead to a shortage of masks for the people who really need it.”
- On April 3, 2020 then-President Donald Trump announced that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was recommending Americans wear cloth or fabric face coverings in public places. https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/25/health/face-mask-guidance-covid-19/index.html
- Want to prevent another shutdown, save 33,000 lives and protect yourself? Wear a face mask, doctors say. If 95% of Americans wore face masks in public, it could prevent 33,000 deaths by October 1, according to the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.
