Another 30,000 Affidavits Delivered to Olympia
On March 24, 2022, the Washington State Tea Room served another 15,000 notarized affidavits to elected Washington state officials, notifying them that they were in default of responding. Some offices accepted them: Governor Jay Inslee, Lieutenant Governor Denny Heck, and Attorney General Bob Ferguson. Some offices did not: Speaker of the House Laurie Jinkins, Congressman Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell. 20,000 affidavits attesting to constitutional violations were delivered on March 4, while 10,000 documents to U.S. senators remain in limbo.
According to Brianna Mattes of the Washington State Tea Room, the deliveries went much more smoothly this time.
Mattes said in a video after the deliveries, “It is my view, and I believe my team’s view, that this is one hundred percent because the publicity of our independent media outlets, such as CJTV and Bards Eye News, as well as our viewers, such as on Facebook, had caused that change. That’s something to celebrate, support, and get excited about. When our government is seeing what we are doing, they are much more able and willing to participate in our constitutional rights. And I think we, as the American people, will get further as we publicize what is exactly going on in our government.”
The triple destination journey began in the state capitol. Volunteers rolled boxes of documents on trolleys through the marble halls with “Please Stand here, Social Distancing” signs embedded onto the floors. They delivered thirteen boxes to Governor Jay Inslee’s office. An Inslee representative wearing a black mask signed for the delivery as a Washington State Patrol officer unloaded the thirteen boxes from the trolleys.
Because they were short on trolleys, the volunteers returned to their vehicles and retrieved more boxes. After the volunteers were back inside the capitol, a representative from Denny Heck’s office, who also wore a black mask, signed for the affidavits.
The volunteers then drove their last set of boxes down the street to the attorney general’s office. Brianna Mattes went through two weeks of e-mail exchanges with this office before they were willing to provide an advanced acceptance of the affidavits. On the other side of a glass window, a representative wearing a black mask signed for the affidavits.
The Washington State Tea Room had hoped to make prior signed delivery arrangements with three other offices: 1) United States Senator Patty Murray’s office never returned phone calls. 2) United States Senator Maria Cantwell’s office said they were willing to take the boxes, but only by Cantwell, who wasn’t available, would be able to sign for them, and 3) Speaker of the Washington House of Representatives, Laurie Jinkins, posed a more perplexing problem for Mattes. “Tony Ivey from her office repeatedly told me that the speaker of the House of Representatives of Washington State actually does not care, does not feel responsible for, is not interested in hearing from or dealing with the people of Washington state, and that she only is interested in or concerned about the people in her district,” Mattes said to CJTV shortly after the deliveries. “Shame on her. She should not be the speaker of the house then. She should just stay in her district, stay in her house in Tacoma, and deal with that. If the governor is willing to take these boxes, well, she isn’t higher than he is. We’ve got some ideas on what we’re going to do there, and we will get them served one way or the other.”
Mattes went on to tell CJTV, “All of these documents being delivered and signed for are going to be used in the courts as evidence. This is a paper trail to support our case.”
Earlier in the CJTV interview, Mattes offered the following advice to Washington residents for defending their rights.
- Read the constitution, highlight your favorite parts, and get empowered by that.
- Use the affidavits. They can be used for anything, such as being presented to school boards or ex-employers. Washington State Tea Room can help modify affidavits to meet a person’s needs.
- Don’t get comfortable right now with the governor’s easing of restrictions, such as the lifting of the mask mandates, Washington residents should be ready not to comply to the governor’s future mandates.
- Get involved.
Two kinds of affidavits were delivered on March 24.
The heading for the first kind of affidavit was, “Notice by Affidavit to End All Mask, Vaccine, and Social Distancing Mandates, Notice of Default, Notice of Dishonor.”
The notice makes the following claim:
You, named above, are in Violation of my rights as One of the People of these United States and of Washington State, as they are represented in the Constitution of Washington State and the Law of the Land, which is the Constitution of the United States, without constitutional right or authority. I have personal knowledge of, and asseverate the following:
This letter is formal notice that the parties named above are in DEFAULT of my Claim in the amount of $500,000.00 each, supported by my Notice of Affidavit to End All Mask, Vaccine, and Social Distancing Mandates. You, Parties, named above [public servants], and all parties of interest, by your willful default, have agreed to this claim.
Your failure to constitutionally rebut my Claim, supported by my Notice by Affidavits to End All Mask, Vaccine, and Social Distancing Mandates with your counter-affidavits evidence, that you, Parties named above [public servants] and all parties of interest, agree to the following, for which your silence now stands as consent to, tacit agreement of, and acquiescence, that the factual declarations stated in my Notice by Affidavit to End All Mask, Vaccine, and Social Distancing Mandates, are now established as settled matters of fact and law.
The heading for the second affidavit was, “Notice of Affidavit of Right to a Full Forensic Audit of 2020 Election, Notice of Default, Notice of Dishonor.” It was hoped that Notices of Default didn’t need to be served, but no adequate response was received from anyone; therefore, the notice of defaults were served.

Eight Washington Deaths After COVID-19 shots for 2022 Reported to VAERS
Of the 198 Washington deaths following COVID-19 shots reported to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in the Vaccine Adverse Effects Recording System (VAERS), eight of them were reported in 2022. Below are summaries of those eight deaths.
| VAERS ID: | 2019587 reports an 80-year-old female receiving the Pfizer shot on |
on February 7, 2021 and having an onset on March 11, 2021. The death was not recorded into VAERS until January 9, 2022. The date of the death is not given. Submitted write-up: On March 11th 2021, my mom collapsed from a sudden brain hemorrhage. This was a little than 2 weeks after her 2nd Covid Vaccine. Following her first vaccine she experience brain fog and an increase in migraines. This continued for a week to a week 1/2. Then following her second she had the same symptoms again which lasted 1-2 weeks.

on January 12, 2022. She died on December 15, 2021, the same day as taking her Moderna booster. She had no current illnesses or preexisting conditions reported on the pre-vaccination checklist. The checklist had “unknown blood thinner.” Submitted write-up: Doctor received a phone call from the patient”s brother on 01/03/22, to report that she went home after her booster on 12/15/21 and passed away later that night. She was not a patient of our clinic and was only here to receive her booster shot of Moderna. She gave us a copy of her vaccination card and filled out the pre-vaccination checklist from the CDC. She also waited the recommended 15-30 minutes post-vaccination and left without issue. She and the circumstances of her death are otherwise unknown to us.

Moderna shot on February 1, 2021. His death was entered into VAERS on January 23, 2022 with the following submitted write-up: Chest pain & abdominal discomfort began 04/11/21 in AM, continued into afternoon. 911 was called, per my Dad they performed an EKG & vitals check, said everything looked ok but advised he go to ER. He called me (his daughter) to drive him to ER (ER only, no med facility attached), he was admitted to room where vitals showed aggravated hypertension, took MD 30 min to get into room to evaluate, no intervention meds given at that time. CT scan performed, showing aortic dissection, after which he was given nitroglycerin via IV and “gastric cocktail” oral solution. They had to plan transport to another facility as this location was only an ER, barely got him into an ambulance and leaving parking lot for transport when he went into cardiac arrest. Ambulance paramedics performed CPR for 10+ min without result, he was brought back into the ER where staff continued CPR another 15 min, spouse had to make choice to stop CPR as his aortic dissection was now such a low chance of success and due to lack of oxygen, per MD, less then 2% chance of neurological recovery. He had an autopsy performed which showed aortic dissection, massive cardiac arrest as well as myocarditis and enlargement of the heart, fluid around the heart. All data provided here is either from my first-hand witnessing in the ER (I am a trained Medic) or the actual autopsy report and ER medical records my stepmom & I obtained after his death. He was pronounced dead at 9PM on April 11th, 2021; approx 3 hours after admittance.

2022. She died on December 20, 2021. The date of onset is listed as 328 days after taking the Moderna shot on January 21, 2021. She had no current illnesses and the submitted preexisting conditions are as follows: Deaf with cochlear implant Advanced Bionics Congenital absence of left internal carotid artery Diabetes Mellitus II No prior seizures No significant atherosclerotic disease. Submitted write-up: Patient presented new onset slurred and garbled speech with difficulty understanding others, right arm weakness, numbness. Pt experience gran mal seizure during CT scan at admission. Activated as stroke code, but but it was determined that her symptoms were likely due to seizures. Pt recovered from the expressive aphasia and right arm symptoms, but developed moderate paresthesia and orthostatic hypotension. Released on neurological and stroke follow up.

2022. He died on December 28, 2021, fifty-seven days after onset. Second half of the submitted write-up: It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Clinical Course: Well reporter just wanted to report what she believed was a potential side effect from the vaccine, her husband received his second dose of the vaccine in 24Oct2021, About a week and a half after that he started experiencing extreme shortness of breath we went to the doctor he died on 28Dec2021 of this year and the cause of death was listed as hypoxemic respiratory failure and pulmonary Vasculitis and she believed that his immune system had a bad reaction to the vaccine and the inflammation and damage to his blood vessels in his lungs was due to cytokine that were out of control and just fill his lungs with blood cells and he had some blood clots so I just wanted to report that.” Treatment : Reporter stated, “Well he went to the hospital (further details of hospitalization were unknown) and they were trying to figure out what was going on but nobody ever did they came up with an immune response at one point.” Prior vaccination before four week : Reporter stated, “Well he got the first shot and then three week later he got the second shot.” When probe when the patient went to hospital: Reporter stated, “He went twice, went early in December and then they were, they were going to do a test and he went in 22Dec2021 for that test so that, he passed away on 28Dec2021 (further details of hospitalization were unknown).” When probe if anything else to help with : Reporter stated, “No that is it she just wanted to make sure somebody knew about it.” No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.; Reported Cause(s) of Death: hypoxemic respiratory failure; pulmonary vasculitis.
| VAERS ID: | 2140503 of a 61-year-old male is the first Washington death in 2022 to be |
reported to VAERS. He died on January 22, 2022, the same day he took his Pfizer shot. The reported preexisting conditions were “Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia.” Submitted write-up: ED reported the natural death of a 61-year-old male. 1/24/22, the decedent received a Pfizer shot (presumed booster) 1000h. Later in the morning, he noticed a growth by his groin. He presented to hospital with general surgery, 1420h, and had vitals taken showing heart rate 122 and blood pressure 138/101. He left his appointment and was later found unresponsive by a medic unit on the campus following an unwitnessed collapse. He was taken to the ED where he presented at 1555h and was pronounced at 1619h. No trauma or suspicious circumstances reported. Death Certificate cause of death= Pulseless electrical activity caused by hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
| VAERS ID: 2152560 Thirteen days after taking a first Pfizer COVID-19 shot on February 3, 2022, a seven-year-old boy became lethargic and listless. He vomited on his way to the emergency department. He proceeded to a shocked state and went into cardiac arrest. He was not able to be resuscitated and died in the emergency department. In the section for pre-existing conditions, the VAERS report shows: “None. Primary care visit in 2021 showed BMI 62.” He was the youngest Washington resident recorded in VAERS to die after a COVID-19 shot.
VAERS ID: 2160784 of a 75-year-old male was reported to VAERS on March 5, 2022. He died on December 17, 2021, which was 287 days after onset. The long submitted write-up ends with the following “sender’s comments.” Spontaneous fatal case concerns a 75-year-old male patient, with medical history of hospitalization because of blood clots in legs and lungs, dyspnea and lung opacity approximately 9 months prior to death (and 28 days after receiving the first dose of mRNA-1273 vaccine), dyspnea remaining after hospitalization, and Pacemaker insertion prior to vaccination, who experienced the unexpected serious events of DEATH and dyspnoea. Death occurred approximately 9 months and 12 days after receiving second dose of mRNA-1273 vaccine. Patient passed away on Dec 17 2021 with continued symptoms of breathing difficulties. He could not walk the distance of the halls of the house and be able to breath. The cause of death was not reported. It is unknown if an autopsy was performed. The mentioned medical history remains as a confounder. INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION was considered as an additional event. The benefit-risk relationship of mRNA-1273 vaccine is not affected by this report.; Reported Cause(s) of Death: he passed away |
