Justice for Baby Doe

For the first time in over 100 years—

— there is a possibility the Supreme Court will choose to hear a case that will review current vaccine mandates and exemptions. On October 2, 2020, the law office of Patricia Finn Attorney, P.C. filed the most important case they have handled in over two decades of fighting to secure medical freedom rights for their clients.

DOE v MERCK is a culmination of years of litigation, and the hard work and sacrifice of all the families they have represented in the fight for vaccine choice and safety. Baby Doe’s story began in childhood with vaccine injury, filing with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, becoming part of the Autism Omnibus Proceedings and being unfairly denied compensation, moving to civil court only to be dismissed on flawed judgements. This long and difficult journey has led Baby Doe’s case to the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court. Read the Petition to the Supreme Court Here.

Now, your help is needed. This is a pro bono case. Countless uncompensated hours of hard work have already been spent bringing the case this far. If the Supreme Court selects this case to review, the expenses will continue to mount. Your donation today is needed to ensure if selected, DOE v MERCK can move forward and potentially not only improve the life of Baby Doe, who is now a young man in need of lifetime care, but improve vaccine law and justice for all.
